PQ organizers are now going through concepts of countries and regions and will contact curators with any questions individually.
Deadlines
31 May 2018 Allocation of PQ Exhibition Spaces for Exhibition of Countries and Regions and Student Exhibition.
30 June 2018 Detailed exhibition plans will be sent to curators including other technical information pertaining to the selected exhibition space.
30 November 2018 Deadline for curators to provide PQ Organizer with the ground plan of the exposition including electrical sockets, entrances and all necessary details with sketches and/or photos.
30 November 2018 PQ will announce the list of recommended suppliers and transport companies.
31 December 2018 PQ Organizers will send contracts to curators specifying all the conditions for participating in the PQ 2019 by this date.
31 January 2019 PQ will send the invoice for payment for exhibition spaces until by this date.
03 June 2019, 8 AM The installation of exhibits begins.
05 June 2019, 5 PM The installation of exhibits must be completed.
16 June 2019, 7 PM The dismantling of exhibitions begins.

From 1 September 2018, the industry system my.pq.cz will be launch for curators of national exhibitions that will simplify the communication regarding exhiobitions preparations, will facilitate your trip to PQ 2019 (transport, accommodation, …),and will make the PQ 2019 more transparent for both, you and visitors. Guidelines how to work with the system will come during summer.
